We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns if you contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused, and in its original condition and packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

To start a return, email contact@focusrest.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size, color, or product), please email contact@focusrest.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after it’s been approved:

  • Check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company—it may take a few days to post.
